As Partner Consulting comes to the end of a successful first year our shareholder (IT Professionals NZ) wishes to appoint an additional Director to the Board of Partner Consulting to support its continued growth and development. The role will be appointed until the end of June 2021 after which the role will be eligible for annual re-appointment.
Particular skills/competencies sought
We are looking for an additional Non-Executive Director to support governance and oversight who can contribute to the diversity of skills and experience of the current Board.
You will have the necessary personal skills with governance and/or senior management experience, and you should be able to demonstrate many of the following:
- An active, demonstrable interest in the IT Profession / Digital Workforce
- Commercial skills and financial literacy
- Relevant experience from the Workforce Planning, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Resources fields
- Experience leading growth of a small business
- Collaborative style
- Governance experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Good networks across the public and private sector
- To be considered for this role you must be resident in New Zealand
Board meetings are held quarterly for approximately 2 hours.
Additionally, either 2 x Strategy Half Days or 1 x Strategy Day will be organised annually as determined by the Board.
Board meetings are held Wellington, with an option to join some of these online.
