We are wholly-owned subsidiary of IT Professionals NZ (‘ITPNZ’), operating independently but fully aligned to the objectives of ITPNZ. As such you can expect us to demonstrate the professionalism you would expect from New Zealand’s leading body for IT professionals and to be aligned to best practices in professional development for the industry.
You don’t need to be a Corporate Partner of ITPNZ to use our services.

We’re a small but highly effective team of experts specialising in the use of the SFIA framework. Our core team also brings a diverse range of experience and expertise in number of other area including change leadership, service management, IT strategy, and organisational design. Our core team is also complemented by access to a talented pool of subject matter experts and partner organisations who we can call on.
Our team is lead by our Managing Director and Principal Consultant – Daniel Merriott. Daniel is an experienced management consultant with both international and local experience, a senior business leader, and a regular speaker at industry events. Daniel serves as member of the global steering group and on the global design authority group for the SFIA Foundation. Daniel also serves in the role of Director of Digital Capability for ITPNZ.
